Leading the way in design and custom furniture is Pamela Falconi, our founder.

With over ten years at the helm of Bontempi Casa as Country Manager, Pamela brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Her expertise extends internationally, having held the esteemed position of Distributor for Rugiano in the United States.

Pamela’s entrepreneurial spirit fueled the co-founding of ILD & ILG, a Los Angeles based firm known for delivering exceptional turnkey projects.

Their successful portfolio includes:

Pamela then moved to Miami with her own company among her projects:
